Payment and Conditions

20SGD deposit for instock upon confirmation unless otherwise stated.

The balance payable during meet up for collection.

Meet Up Location: Choa Chu Kang MRT (My mother is helping out this time. MIL is recovering from sickness, so she can't help me this time :( )

Transfer to POSB savings 003-39471-9. Please email me your transaction reference no. after transfer. If you are using Internet Banking, please include your nick.

If I get the exact item that you wanted, but you changed your mind. Desposit will be forfeited.

All my items come with Coach carrier, tissue and gift receipt. Many items do not come with dustbag. Gift boxes can be included upon request, but bear in mind that this will mean a top up of 10SGD. The boxes are half or almost the weight of the bag itself!

I prefer to do meet ups. If you need me to do registered mail, be prepared to make full payment and pay an additional 10SGD for one item.

If you need me to mail directly to you using United States Postal Service, additional 35SGD will be charged. And full payment must be made.

Some frequent questions:

1. How do you keep your prices so low? Are your bags fakes?

I keep prices low by bulk shipping and low margin. I also try to take as much pre-orders and buy instocks only when necessary (i.e. LOW stock count in outlets) My bags are bought from factory outlets in US, no doubts about authenticity. I am lucky to stay "near" 1 boutique and 3 outlets (ranging from 40 miles to 80 miles; approximately 40 min drive to 2 hours drive)

The trade off for enjoying low prices is to bear with my slower service, I understand my service is not the best, waiting time is approximately 2 weeks for shipments to arrive. But I make sure I try to answer all your queries in the shortest time I can and you get the BEST price in Singapore, or else I will refund you the difference. (refund policy valid 1 week after purchase, due to price fluctuations in COACH outlets)

2. Why some COACH bags do not come with dustbags?

Coach does manufacture a special line of bags just for the outlets and these bags do not come with dustbags. However, these bags are not compromised in terms of quality. They are just new models modified from the prototypes of past bestsellers.

3. What is the waiting time to get a preorder bag?

Best case: 10-14 days
Worst case: 21 Days (unless otherwise stated)

4. Do you have ready stock in Singapore?

Most of the time I do not keep ready stock in Singapore. I keep my instock in US. Once I get deposit and confirmation, I will ship the bags out. If the bag is ready in Singapore, I will state so on the website.

5. Since you are in US, who will do meet up with me?

My mother helps me to do meet ups. She lives in Choa Chu Kang, therefore all meet-ups are to be done in this area. She does a favour for me and I try to accommodate her schedule. Usually meet ups are done in Weekday Afternoon, Weekend Morning, Weekday Night (Except Tue and Wed). If you can come to her place to pick up, we are flexible with the timing. Just drop me a mail :D
